COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If
parents have any concerns about their child's education, they should contact
the Head teacher who will be pleased to arrange an appointment with them. A document detailing the full complaints
procedure is available at school or the education offices. Any documents to be made available under the
regulations may be seen at the school.
